The recital with the baritone Pasquale Amato on tour for “Un’Isola di musica 2008”

The baritone Pasquale Amato continues his recital tour of Sardinia, accompanied by the pianist Francesca Pittau. The concert will be performed in five places as part of  “Un’Isola di musica 2008”.

The evenings programme, dedicated to well-known operatic arias and music and to the most famous Neapolitan songs, includes: Non t’amo più; L’ultima canzone; Marechiare; ‘A Vucchella; Malia; Pour un baiser!; La serenata by Francesco Paolo Tosti; La strada nel bosco by Cesare Andrea Bixio; Occhi di fata by Luigi Denza; Zazà: Zazà, piccola zingara by Ruggero Leoncavallo; Carmen: Votre toast, je peux vous le rendre by Georges Bizet; Guglielmo Tell: Resta immobile by Gioachino Rossini; Musica proibita by Stanislao Gastaldon; Torna a Surriento by Ernesto de Curtis - Giambattista de Curtis; Granada by Augustìn Lara; West Side Story: Maria by Leonard Bernstein.

Tour dates:
- Monday 4th August at 9.30pm in the Pre-Romanesque Church San Sebastiano in Perdasdefogu,
- Tuesday 5th August at 9.30pm in Piazza Mazzini in Tempio Pausania,
- Wednesday 6th August at 9.30pm in Viale Dante, Olbia,
- Thursday August at 9pm in the Cortile della Scuola Media, Palau,
- Friday 8th August at 9pm at the Teatro Eliseo, Nuoro.
