Schubertiade: treasured chamber music with Daniela Bruera, Oscar Piras and the Teatro Lirico Choir, directed by Fulvio Fogliazza
The 2007-2008 concert season at the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari continues with the eleventh engagement, Friday 1st February at 8.30pm (turn A) and Saturday 2nd February at 7pm (turn B): two evenings of refined chamber music, entitled Schubertiade, with the Coro Teatro Lirico Choir, directed by the recently appointed conductor Fulvio Fogliazza and accompanied on the piano by Andrea Mudu.
Outstanding soprano soloist Daniela Bruera and tenor Oscar Piras.
The concert programme includes: Rosamunden, Fürstin von Cypern D. 797: Geisterchor, Der 23. Psalm D. 706, Im gegenwärtigen Vergangenes D. 710, Gott in der Natur D. 757, Mirjams Siegesgesang D. 942 by Franz Schubert; Wechsellied zum Tanze op. 31 n. 1, Der Gang zum Liebchen op. 31 n. 3, O schöne Nacht op. 92 n. 1, Zigeunerlieder op. 103 by Johannes Brahms.
