The 2008-2009 Concert Season at the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari continues with its 19th date. The excellent chamber ensemble, the Arditti-Alban Berg Sextet, will be performing on Wednesday 1st April at 8.30pm (session B). comprising the Quartetto Arditti (Irvine Arditti, Ashot Sarkissjan violins, Ralf Ehlers viola, Lucas Fels cello) and Thomas Selditz (viola) and Valentin Erben (cello) form the Alban Berg Quartet.

The musical programme includes: Grave by Wolfgang Rihm; Sextet for strings Op. 18 by Johannes Brahms; Verklärte Nacht Op. 4 by Arnold Schönberg.
