The 2009-2010 Concert Season at the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari continues on Tuesday 10th November at 8.30pm (session A) with an exceptional evening of music: Claudio Abbado and “his” ‘Orchestra Mozart’. The great Milanese conductor who has only been applauded once before in Cagliari, at the beginning of his career in 1964, will be accompanied by the following excellent soloists: Piotr Anderszewski (piano), Lucas Macias Navarro (oboe), Matthias Racz (bassoon), Giuliano Carmignola (violin), Enrico Bronzi (cello).

On the programme Sinfonia concertante by Haydn, Concerto for piano and orchestra K 453 by Mozart and the very famous “Italiana” by Mendelssohn.
