On Saturday 3rd May, from 4pm to 8pm and on Sunday from 9am to 2pm, the Teatro Lirico, Cagliari will be participating, for the second year running, in “Cagliari Monumenti Aperti” (Monuments Open to the Public). This year is the 12th year of the event, which is also part of the VIII Festival di Sant’Efisio at the Teatro Lirico, Cagliari. There will be a series of guided tours of the Theatre organized with the help of the Conservatorio Statale di Musica “Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina”, the Associazione Italia Nostra and the Association of Retired Carabinieri, Cagliari.

The guided tours will include visits to the rehearsal rooms and the production room, and of the costumes, set design, lighting and carpentry workshops.

The Festival of Sant'Efisio is subsidized by the Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, Fondazione Banco di Sardegna, Poste Italiane, Energit S.p.A. and is accomplished in collaboration with the Azienda e Vigneto Feudi della Medusa.
